Well, if your worried or obsessed about it then that could be what is bringing all of the symptoms on, also, the normal hormonal changes a women goes through in a month can bring on a lot of those things.
You may want to give your doc or local hospital a call and see about getting a blood test done. they can do a blood test earlier than a pee one i think.
