Chances are the pregnancy is either worsining your symptoms or adding news ones on to existing ones. I would wait a few more wks before getting to worried about it. I think at about 3 months the nausea and loss of appetite usually go away (not always though).
With my last pregnancy i had NO appetite, and felt like i was going to throw up all of the time for the first few months. so your symptoms definitly are not uncommon. comparing your symptoms now to symptoms in the past is no good.....it's a completly different situation. Just make sure your careful about what you do eat (since you have stomache problems, nothing spicy, no cafiene things like that), make sure when you do eat it it's very healthy, and make sure your on a really good prenatal vitamin, but your probably doing all of those things already.
Everything will work out find in the end.....just make sure your doctor is aware of everything.
As long as your doing your best to stay healthy (ie if you only eat one thing a day make sure it's not chips or something unhealthy)you will have a healthy baby. You obviously care a lot about the health of your baby 2 b, i'm sure everything will turn out just fine.
