Help! Need advice

I think (hope) I may be pregnant. I had mild cramping and a slight staining 8 days after conception, which I know is normal, as the egg implants itself into the uterus. But that was four days ago and now I am having cramping and a bright red flow, although it is not like a regular period. With my regular periods, I flow very hard and have lots of cramping. This is overall, very mild. I know that this also might be normal, but I am also passing blood clots. Has anyone else every experienced this, and gone on to have a normal pregnancy?
