i have had pap smears by a woman dr everytime i have had them...the embarrassment is not really my problem. everytime i have had one they are so painful. i try to relax and just the actually scraping of the cervix is what is so uncomfortable. that is what scares me so bad. i hate pain like that. thank you for helping me!! and congratulations on the baby!!!!
