I am 28 and have one child. We would like another and since it took 5 years to have our first I bought an ovulation predictor to help speed things along. I started checking on the 11th day of my cycle and that first day it showed that ovulation was about to occure. So we had intercourse twice that day. Now it is 12 days later and I had read that pregnancy tests can pick up the hormone about 10 days after conceiving. So yesterday I took a pregnancy test that came back negative. Has anyone else had any experience w/ ovulation predictors (if so- any luck?) and what are the odds of the pregnancy test being wrong when it was done so early? Thanks.
