Hi, I had my first child 10 months ago. Those pains you are feeling sound like the same ones I experienced. I can't remember what the dr said they were called but they are normal. Also about the rh-, I had the same problem (if you want to call it that). It didn't cause any complications. It's just a pain in the butt (literally). I had to get a shot when I had an amnio done then one later on in my pregnancy and one the day after. The shots are just done as a precaution. Hope this helps, good luck!
