: When you ovulate. The average time of ovulation is 14 days into your cycle. But thats for a 28 day cycle. And you can ovulate at any time durring the month, you only do it once though. unless you want to go get a home ovulation test kit or something like that you'll probably never know when u ovulate.
: If you are trying to get pregnant go see your doctor, he/she can help you figure out when u ovulate. If your trying to keep from getting pregnant you should try another form...avoiding sex when you ovulate isn'talways reliable.
Most women don't know when they ovulate. Like :) said, it could be any time in your cycle. Most
women use an ovulation kit to predict ovulation. Me? I have used natural family planning for 2 years
(checking cervical mucus.) This was great for me and my husband, but a lot of people can't seem
to follow the directions and get pregnant. Anyway, the good thing about checking cervical mucus
is that after a lot of practice you can tell when you ovulate. And if nothing else, you can tell when
you should not have sex if you don't want a baby. Mucus = ovulation. If you're trying to get pregnant
then it certainly couldn't hurt to learn more about this because it may help. If you're trying to avoid
and want to do it naturally then go to classes to learn how to check cervical mucus, it's not for
everyone. Good luck! LynnB
