I have been on Depo for two years now. I have my annual exam scheduled for today and I'm going to request changing to the pill. I have very irregular periods before I used Depo and I was on the pill. I looked up all I could on Depo before I tried it. It sounded good to me. I have not had a single period since I started using it. However, my skin is terrible. I used to be a model. I had great skin. I think great skin is more important to me than the convenience of not having a period. Due to my personal experience, I say use the pill over Depo.
