Well, a few things could have happened, If you did have a misscarriage it could have messed up your cycle, you may not have had a misscarriage (or been carrying twins and miscarried one), all of the fetus may not have been misscarried and could be screwing things up.
What you need to do is get yourself to the doctor. If you did have a misscarriage and there is anything left inside you can get a very nasty infection.
