very confused

my last period was July 5.i know i didnt ovulate in july because i always know whem i do.(every time)i have the mucus and the ovary pain.now i am 4 days late for af.its not uncommon for it to be late a few days but i can always tell when it is coming because i get breast sorness every month maybe a week before af.this month though i have no breast soreness, no period like cramps. no indication that i am going to start.i have been having sharp pains in my side and been extrememly tired.i am afraid if i am preg i am more than a few weeks because my stomach is rounding and i can see a hump in my stomach that has never been there before.i am very small anyways..can someone help.is it possible to be preg with no breast changes or to be preg and swelling this soon?
