Hi there. I am going to ask my doctor, but I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me if they know anything about energy drinks such as boost or ensure.
Are these safe to drink during pregnancy? I am 14 weeks and still don't really have an appetite.
I have been feeling under the weather latley as well, sore throat, sneezing, upset stomach, headaches, congested ect...
Can anybody give me any advice? I would appreciate it!
