It might just be that your period is out of whack, but I suppose there is always the chance that you could be pregnant. I would maybe take another test to be sure, and if it's still negative, then go and see a doctor anyways just to get chaecked out and find some solution as to why your period isn't coming.
Also, if you have really been thinking about it alot and stressing, this is very well known to keep your period away as well.
I hope everything works out for you, and if your that concerned, maybe ask the doc about birth control while your there, just to be safe.
