: Try wearing a tight fitting bra and keep the stimulation they get down as much as possible. Don't rub them (in the shower), don't let the water fall on them in the shower.
: So basicly leave them alone and wear a tight bra. Thats what i was told after i had my first baby which i bottle fed.
