Try finding a twins support group in your area...this may not be easy to find if you live in a small area. If you have the time and energy you can also try to start one if none exist.
As far as your son is concerned explain to him that you have 2 babies in your tummy, take him to ultrasounds and things like that, keep him as involved as possible. Also, see if you can find a childrens book in the library or book store on twins for him. Take him on a tour of the hospital where your'll deliver, most hospitals have a tour just for siblings, so he can see the newborns and know where your going to go when it's time to have the babies. Also, the nurses talk to the kids about being a big brother and other things invovled with a new baby.
Also, after you have the babies, make sure you and your husband set aside some time just for him every day as hard as thats going to be with twins it'll really help him adjust and realize that mommy and daddy love him just as much as the babies and that your not forgeting about him.
