First off unless you've got really angry parents, or extremly strict their reaction won't be as bad as you think it will be. Things are almost never as bad as we imagine them. You have to tell them, sooner or later....there is no way around that. A few things that'll help....if possible decide what you are going to do, or have some kind of plan. Obviously things may change, but if you go to her and you just say i'm pregnant i don't know what i'm going to do it'll look bad. Try talking to a counclor to figure some things out. Also...make sure she's in a good mood.
If you've got parents who react strongly to things you may want to write a letter, not too personal, but gets the job done. That wa they'll have some time to think about it before you talk to them.
