Hi my name is Darlene and it is possible for you to have morning sickness 2 weeks into the pregnancy.That is how i found out with my first-had it the whole 9 months(worst feeling ever)my second i only had it the first 3 months and expecting #3 in april felt morning sickness the next day. That is how i know that i was pregnant. If it gets to bad ask your dr. about a prenatal vitamin called Premesis it has time release vit.b and it keeps the sickness at bay for the most part.Good Luck!!!!hope everything turns out well
