I am 9wks pregnant and have a very hard time swallowing any kind of pill. I had checked out several pharmacies to see if I could get Prenate Advance crushed to a liquid. They suggested that I go to a independent pharmacy and they recommended Natachew.
Do you have a breakdown as to what this contains?
Is it also safe to take Vit C, Folic Acid, Iron along with it or would that be taking too much.
: I am five weeks pregnant and have been taking an over the counter prenatal vitmin. On my first visit my doctor gave me a six day supply of Natachew. I compared the labels and it seems that Natachew has a few more mg's of vitamins than the brand I take now. Natachew does not have calcium like the one I take, however it does have folic acid and the one I take doesn't. Is it better to take the Natachew becuase of the folic acid and supplement the calcuim with Tums? I just want to do what is better for the baby's growth.
