Hi, I just found out I am 6 weeks pregnant. I have read alot of books in the past on pregnancy and know that there are certain sleeping postions that may harm either myself or the baby. But I can't remember what they are. Please help as I want to have a healthy pregnancy from the get go and my next drs appointment isn't till next month now. Thanks.
