: : Hi...I'm on my first pregnancy and I'm a long-time sufferer of extreme stress. I was wondering if this can or will affect my baby. I am 10 weeks along and I don't want to harm it, so any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
: I am 5 months pregnant with my first child and I was just in the hospital last night due to preterm labor from stress. You need to talk to a doctor.Don't wait until something goes wrong.Alot of stress can cause the baby to be born too early.
So true, I am 6 weeks pregnant with my third child but this is my fourth pregnancy. I miscarried about 18 months ago. I have found that reading or doing some other activity that focuses the mind away from whatever your stressor is is very helpful. Hope this helps.
