the pill and its effects on health.

Hi all,

My g/f insists on taking the pill.
She is vegetarian and usually very fragile when it comes to health.

She asked for my opinion.

Does taking a pill (the kind that you have to take everyday of your life like a treatment, regardless of whether she's gonna have sex or not..) affect your health or fertility at the long term?
The doctor even gave her beeper that beeps once a day to remind her (??? are all pills like that??)

So what do youthink?
