: my g/f has never taken the pill before. She wants to practice sex without condom, insisted (after hearing her friends say how nice it would be, and after we triedmit).

: Now sometimes she does suffer a lot of pain (cramps?) that is when she doesn't orgasm, or when we do it a little too hard.

: so she was at a doctor last week, could it be they decided the pill would help this?...

:
: thanks

if the pain is caused by having sex without orgasm or going too hard, i doubt the pill would help with that. the only type of pain that i know of that the pill would help with is with menstrual cramping. however, if you two are deciding to have sex without a condom, i would seriously hope that you are using some other form of birth control, such as a pill. your girlfriend definitely needs to be checked out. since she has never been on the pill before but is looking into it, she will need to make an appointment for a pap smear and pelvic exam. when that is done she should ask about the pain that she haves during sex, which could indicate a different problem such as infection or endometriosis. only a doctor should be able to give her the pill and should really check her to see why she is having this pain.
