swollen glands?

Hi there. For the past 3 or 4 days, my glands have been very swollen in my neck. I was extremely worried about this when I started to feel them just a little bit last week and had a toxoplasmosis test done which came back negative.
I haven't really been having any other flu symptoms acompanying this, other than feeling tired or hot then cold here and there but I thought that was just a part of being pregnant anyways. Does anyone know what could be going on with me?
I'm 25 weeks along and don't go back to the doc until Nov.8.
