I'm 21 weeks and to me it feels like butterflies or something crawling on your stomach. It kinda tickles. I first felt her move by touching my stomach and feeling a tap from the outside. She moves more about a hour after I eat. If you haven't felt it move yet don't worry you will. When you least expect it.
