You can safely perm and color your hair during pregnancy. There is no harm to the baby at all. However, your hair changes texture while you are pregnant, and what worked before may not work the same. The color/perm may take more or less or not at all. The only way to know for sure is do it, and have your hairdresser watch closely in case they need to stop sooner or leave it on longer.

: All I want to know is if you can get your hair permed while you are pregant. I have been told yes, and not. And want to find the right answer.
