Nicole, I have had my right ovary removed when I was 4 months pregnant. They found a cyst on it... The surgery will not harm the baby at all. They give you an eppideral in your spine that doesn't even affect the baby... So, don't worry, you still can have a child with one ovary, I know, were having our 2nd child...
