First ask yourself this question: Are you trying to get pregnant? In my opinion, I think you are experiencing denial and that's ok. But, also in my opinion, I think you could be pregnant and the pregnancy hormone is not showing up on the HPT's. As for the OB/GYN he can detect the growth of a fetus once he has confirmed through either a urine and blood HCG. Are your periods regular? In my last attempt to help you,go and talk with your doctor and explain what your feeling. If you are pregnant the stress isn't good for the baby and you possibly loose it.
Stop worrying yourself so much if it's God's will for you to have children then you will when the time is right but until then... relax.
