: My cervical mucus or vaginal discharge is always the same color. It's rarely ever clear - it is usually white, thick and creamy (ok - I know that sounds like a food product and it's gross, but I don't know how else to explain it!) I'm on the pill and my discharge doesn't seem to change in appearance, even around ovulation time and I'm trying to get pregnant. What's the deal? Feedback, anyone?? : Thanks!! :) Are you still on the pill? The pill will stop you from ovulating so you wouldn't see a difference in CM change. If you are trying to get pg, once you go off the pill you should see a big change in your CM. I know when I went off the pill after years of being on it, I noticed a lot of different changes (like feeling myself ovulate) Good luck!
