Yes it is possible to get pregnant with just one tube. I am 8 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and I only have one tube. It is alittle harder I believe, but it is really possible. As for finding out if you are pregnant, I guess try a home test or go to see a doctor. That is the best I can tell you. But it is possible.
