I just started taking the pill and I am still on the first pack. I will be finishing it this week. I was told that while using the first couple packs of pills, I may miss a menstral cycle or have spotting unexpectedly. My boyfriend and I are usually really safe about protection, but there were a couple of times recently when he didn't "pull out" and we didn't use a condom. Should I be worried?
