Girlfriend signs???

Ok I am sure this has been posted many times but I must state my case also. My g/f had her period last month on the 9th so I figured you know it would come again on the 9th. We had sex around the 2nd with a spermicidal condom. I was unware that the condom broke sometime during intercourse. I pull out anyway when i have a condom on so I pulled out as usual and to my surprise was the broke condom. I do not believe I ejaculated inside of her but could the pre-cum have survived. It is now the 13th and still no period. On the 10th she a urinary tract infection also. Just wondering what could cause the delay and if it sounds like she is pregnant. The only syptoms I have seen is the late period, and the uti which I am not sure if that means anything. She has been tired but that is not unusual. Thanks for any help...
