: For a few years I have been getting some slightly sore white patches, varied in size,on my tongue.Usually located on the side of the tongue approx. one inch back. They are on the left and right side of my tongue but never both sides at the same time. They go away untreated. The time frame varies,as little as one day to a month or so.Right now the right side of my tongue has a long white ulcer type sore that has been with me for three weeks. It seems worse in the morning and less noticable by the evening. If anyone has any information on this I would appreciate a responce. Thank you
: I myself have had outbreaks of blister like things in my mouth. The docter diagnosed me with herpesangina. They were very painful. At the same time I also had what she believed to be a cold sore under my left ear. She also informed me that these cold sores would flare up especially when I was under a lot of stress. So far they haven't returned.
