My grandmother, my aunt, and my uncle have a genetic disease called ataxia which is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system that attacks after the reproductive years. My uncle and grandmother had testing done at Johns Hopkins and NIH. There are several websites devoted to this disease. This is a horrible disease, and I hope that your sister does not have this.
