Hey guys, My mother has had Sweet's for 12 years, and is currently on Cyclosporine, among many other things. I read that a few people have been on Prednisone. My mother was on it for 5 years,3of those were consecutive. It screwed her up major. I also read someone was diagnosed at UW.Mom and i went there for a consult. But she had a great doctor in NW,WA,before she moved.I have always been the one keeping the records and asking the questions, as a matter of fact i'm writting an essay on it. If at some point I can answer any Q's just e-mail ME. Good Luck. P.S. insurance company's are more co-opetative if you get a university big wig to confirm your docs diagnosis. Here Cyclosporine can cost up to $600.00 a month w/out insurance. I'm sure the other treatment aren't cheap either.-b-
