tingling toes & swelling ankles..tender skin in lower leg

I am a 41 year old female..have lost 60 or so pounds in the last 1yr. Am normal weight..but am having problems with my calves swelling..esp.my ankles when I wear socks..my ankle will puff up around the sock line. Also, my feet stay cold and toes tingle. My skin im my lower legs is tender to touch..it actually hurts. Any ideas??
