I am 26 years old. I was diagnosed with TTP 8 years ago. The first time I become TTP i was pregnant. In the 24th pregnancy week I lost my baby. But two years after I was pregnant for the second time. But TTP comes again. With plasmapher. I bear my dougther in the 26th pregancy week. Now she is 6 years old! But I think about to have a second child. I hope one of you can help me find a woman who had TTP and would like to have children too. But now I wish all of you good luck and good bless you. (I am from Austria, Vienna): : I am 28 years old. Two years ago I was diagnosed with TTP. As a result of this disease, I had to have a kidney transplant. My transplant was successfully performed on December 1, 1998. THANK GOD!! I am looking for information regarding TTP, especially any information concerning women who have been able to have children after their initial bout with TTP has gone into remission. I am also interested in hearing from anyone who has had to have a transplant due to the TTP. So anyone out there with any information to offer, please reply. THANK YOU!!
: I have ITP not sure if it is similar with TTP. have had this since May 1997. Have been on Steroids for treatment. In Feb. of 00 I am scheduled to get my spleen removed. Would like some more information on your disorder if any bit possible and the treatments.
