To Health Board: My uncle who is 73 years old, has Basal Ganglia Degeneration - has been seen at some of NYC's major university hospitals and they can offer no help at all - the situation is disintegrating quickly - any new therapies or alternative therapies would be much appreciated! Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
