Yeah - get a nerve block before, during & after your knee surgery to prevent RSD spreading. : I was struck by a car last April and have just been diagnosed with RSD in right leg [it may have spread to rt arm]. I want to know if anyone can answer this. I have to get an arthroscopy in my right knee. Will this cause more problems for that knee?? I already walk with pain but am wondering if this will make it worse? To all of those who have had RSD for a long while I beg of you to share your experiences. Let us learn from you. Any definite do's or don'ts? julie
