Where do you live? your state should have free emergancy treatment plans.What you feeling happens when the battery or generater is running low. OR you live near a radio station transmitter. Please contact me I have the book to look up the problem and their solution. I would contact the company that made your SCS they will help you out and either replace it tell you what you should do
