RSD in right arm

Hi. I have had RSD in my right arm now for a few months. Last August I had a 15ft. 4x6 of hard maple bounce off of my arm a few times. The injury healed but the pain and swelling stayed. Just reasently I started to do therapy with a lady that knows all about RSD. It just started getting worse befor I started seeing her.
Basicaly I am getting fightened and depressed. Right now I would like to just cut the darn thing off.
Is there any one who knows any words of advice, or things that help I wold apreciate it.
