I have RSD on my entire right side. The tremors are the worst. No Doctor in my area knew about RSD until I was in my 3rd. stage. I suffered from exstreme depression. I've learned on my own to keep active. Look at yourself as "normal". Its hard but you can do it. Do easy exercises ever day. move..move..move. As one source on the net said. "Move it or lose it." Things have to get better. Rose
