I'M SORT OF NEW TO THIS RSD THING. I WAS ONLY "OFFICIALLY" DIAGNOSED ABOUT A MONTH OR TWO AGO. ANYWAY AS YOU ALL KNOW IT HAS BEEN A HARD AND IRRITATING ROAD TO GET THE DOCTOR TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PAIN IS SERIOUS. WE DON'T SEEM TO HAVE MANY SPECIALISTS IN OUR AREA THAT DEAL WITH RSD. OH, WELL, MY REAL QUESTION IS ABOUT BRUISING. DOES ANYONE ELSE GET BLACK AND BLUE MARKS IN THE AFFECTED AREA? I READ SOMEWHERE THAT BRUISING CAN BE ANOTHER SYMPTOM, BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY HAD THIS HAPPEN. I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE FROM THE MEDS I'M ON. ALL OF MY DOCTORS SEEM TO THINK I'M A FREAK MEDICAL CASE. IF THEY ONLY KNEW HOW MUCH OF THE PAIN I DON'T TELL THEM ABOUT. AND ALL BECAUSE I THINK THEY WON'T BELIEVE ME. ENOUGH GRUMBLING! I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY RESPONSES TO THIS QUESTION.

HEATHER
