I have RSD/CRPS type 1. It started in my rt. knee, went into my whole rt. leg, and now has travelled to my lt. knee, and some of the lt. leg. I have lots and lots of pain. And of course, you get arthrities with it also.!! Aches, stabbing pain, spasms, hurts so bad when you touch my knees. But, you all know this.
My husband might be transferred, a great thing for him. I want to be so behind my husband, be so happy for him, and upbeat. I am afraid to move and have to go and find another doctor. I have a wonderful doctor, he listens, takes his time with me, and we have tried everything. Nothing has worked so far. I know he not give up on me. Right now we are at the stage where I just take allot of medication. When we move, I will have to find a doctor that understands that rsd is real!!!! And it scares me to have to start all over again. Thanks for listening to me. I hope someone can help me find a list. Or maybe we should start one up and send it to all the RSD sites, and keep it up. And maybe even put in doctors to stay away from also.
I have heard of a list of RSD doctors that patients have combined for us. I just can not find it, know that I may need it.
