RSD/ SCS

My name is Lucie. I am 26 years old. I have RSD in my left leg following 2 surgeries to the lower back (L4-L5). I have had all forms of conservative treatment (meds, blocks, etc.) to no avail, and am beginning the process to get a SCS. At this point, my knowledge is relatively limited, and would appreciate any helpful info about the SCS and life afterwards. I am especially interested in knowing about regaining my life and if the SCS allows you to live a relatively normal one. I also hope to have children one day and am interested in knowing the possibilities and restrictions RSD and a SCS would place on future pregnancies.
