My chiropractor suggested calcium/magnesium supplements. I have tried several formulations, but none have really helped. A friend suggested potassium and bananas (natural source of potassium and other good things.) I find I get some relief from large doses of potassium, but the best is from bananas. I usually eat 1/2 of a green banana at bedtime, and if I awaken at night, eat the other half. It's not a cure, but does help with sleep. Also going to investigate using amino acids to increase dopamine levels.
