Its funny you mentioned herbs I've recently been really getting into herbs a great deal and guess what last night I was totally miserable with both arms and legs restless syndrome it was awful a possible connection. I have no idea which herb it would be I take so many. not TOO MUCH HELP AM I. If I figure it out I will let you Know.
