Does anyone experience leg cramps during menstruation and/or ovulation? This has been happening to me since I had my first child four years ago. It feels as if somebody were taking hold of the long muscles in the backs of my legs, pulling them out, and twisting them. Ibuprofin does help, but it isn't advisable to take as much of it as I need to to stop the pain. Does anyone know if this could be a vitamin or mineral problem?
