My physical therapist told me to sit on the bed up with my legs strait in front of me and leen slowly so that I can feel stretching from the back of my thighs to my calfs(sp?). This has worked almost every time with me.: God, it's happening again! I just start to fall asleep then I'm awakened by my legs going nuts. It's 3:30 in the morning and I haven't slept a wink. What can I do this late to get back to sleep?
