I began taking an amino acid supplement of l-phenylalanine and tyrosine. Since taking these I no longer have restless legs. I have tried many other recommended supplements that have not worked. I did some reading on phenylalanine which is used in the treatment of Parkinson's, and began taking it with incredible results. It's inexpensive, and easy to find in any health food store.
