Do any of you experience a deep, painful ache in the area surrounding your ankles. It becomes horrendous in the middle of the night. I get some relief by pressing "very hard" on the instep of my foot. I have experienced RLS for at least 10 yrs. I remember describing it to doctors and them looking at me as if I was nuts. Now I'm suffering with pain. I also have rls in my left arm during the day sometimes. The legs bother me continually. Please advise if this is just a component of the rls or if I should seek the advise of a doctor. I take 1/2 to 1 lorcet 7.5 every night at bedtime. it works great.
