I have for years,from time to time, felt at night like I can not keep my legs still, they feel like they just MUST move or jerk to relieve a feeling of, well,, the need to jerk. I am 44, find it worse, and a couple of times have found I must hold my arms in the air and move them! It is 4:00 am, Is this restless leg syn? I guess it is. My sister, 56 has the problem as well. Any med? exercise? When I get up and move the problem is gone for the most part. thanks,
